we save an encrypted version of your ip address, we save the hash on registration and when you access the website (this is stored separately). this helps us moderate and secure our site using features such as alternative account tracking and hash banning. we store your user agent (a string that contains your browser and device info) in our server access logs, this doesn't identify you personally but helps us understand what kinds of devices are using our site. we also keep the information you give us like your username, email, and whatever you post. if you don't want us to have this info, don't create an account or post anything. we do not take any other personal information without asking you first. we are never going to sell your data. we do not believe in that
passwords are hashed with bcrypt, which means they are stored in a way that makes it really hard for anyone to figure them out, even if they get access to our database. nobody besides you should have access to your unencrypted password. if you think someone else knows your password, change it right away.
we use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. cookies are small files stored on your device that help us make your experience better. you can delete or block cookies through your browser settings, but keep in mind that doing so might affect how well our site works for you.
if you would like us to delete all data related to your account, please contact us at hoodsyrian@myself.com or use our delete account feature. when we delete your account, we will remove all your personal data from our servers, including your username, email, posts, and any other information associated with your account. after the 72 hour grace period, this action is irreversible.
the only people who have access to your data are the site admins, this data is not used maliciously. only the server administrator has direct access to the database server (this includes full hashed IP's and your email, which site admins are normally unable to see), and they are trusted to not abuse this access. we do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.
